Even though Pho is a staple food of Vietnam, you can enjoy the most familiar food that you can eat anytime and anywhere in Japan easily and at a reasonable price. That's why I set up a store here in Nishi-Ikebukuro. When Mr. Clinton American family visited Vietnam in 2000, HOANG VAN HANH, who was in charge of cooking with a lot of staff, was invited as the chef and all the staff welcomed you to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.
